Chapter 1 Administrative Authority

  • The codes address the administrative thru out the entire book. What is and how get a permit and when one is required. It also tells about testing of plumbing systems.
  • You must understand who will be checking the work you do. This person will have the authority to pass and fail your work. Like all of us he can make mistakes that will cost us time and money if a failure happens.
